Is EU/EEA work experience a must to apply or not?
on the form it says must complete but since I will not claim any point from that I ll give that part blank
I have also limited work exp in my home country but score 130 points

I don't think it's a must. Since they assume most people applying for GC comes from abroad. But some people do have and that counts as point for integration probably.
