After traveling around Central And South America I have found that La Ceiba Honduras has the best valued direct beachfront real estate for sale. Where else can you find a brand new direct beachfront 2 story 3 bedroom, 3 bath for only $139,900.00 US !?!?!

Travel through Costa Rica and Panama searching for a great buy is more than a chore !! With most people's budgets around $150,000.00 USD Costa Rica, Panama and Belize are out of the question for a true direct beachfront home. The survey's I've reviewed show that 98% of foreigners searching for a beach property in Central and South America want a single family beach home NOT a condo or townhome.

Chris you are right and your prices are the best for what you are offering. I look into Belize and Costa Rica, I can tell you not only it is expensive but also not as friendly and understanding. I think for any family that is looking for a place to relax, to enjoy nature, good and healthy food, peace and quiet, even a little adventure, diving, snorkling, zip lines etc la Ceiba has it. So stop waisting your time can and join us in la ceiba.

That is fine for people who will be living in them full time, otherwise leaving the place alone for any lenght of time invites theif unless you are in a gated community!
