After traveling around Central And South America I have found that La Ceiba Honduras has the best valued direct beachfront real estate for sale. Where else can you find a brand new direct beachfront 2 story 3 bedroom, 3 bath for only $139,900.00 US !?!?!
Travel through Costa Rica and Panama searching for a great buy is more than a chore !! With most people's budgets around $150,000.00 USD Costa Rica, Panama and Belize are out of the question for a true direct beachfront home.
