Fly to Malta is about 270LYD return with Air Malta, depending on the type of ticket you get. Do not book it on line, it'll be very expensive. Goto Air Malta office in Al Fatah Towers.

Tunis is also about 270 dinars. Tunisair, Libyan airlines, and Afriqiyah al fly there.
