Hello! I am new to this Expat.com site. I got a job offer in male city to work as a art director in a advertising firm. As there offer they said they will provide accomodation with basic utilities (single room)
and rf 1400 for internet. My salary offer is 1700 usd. I want to know how is the working conditions in male city. And how is the accomodation conditions providing by companies like advertising agencies in male.

Dear,

Its nice that you got a job in Male. But believe me Male is worse than Columbia. Drugs, Fighting....etc..I don't know how much you will feel safe to work in there. But i don't recommend you to go and work in Male. Its so not safe place to live. Better find a job in a local island or resort and work. That's where paradise comes. Male is the worst of all.

Anyway that's my opinion, decision is up to you.
