Give me some tips about living in Libya

Well, I dont know anything about Libya, however my personal opinion is that there is nothing on that continent that appeals to me either for tourism or work opportunities.  Would not care to visit either.  I would prefer to use my time traveling Europe, North America, Australia.  The cultures, food, social norms, judicial systems of Africa and the middle East in general leave a lot to be desired along with a desire for personal safety and the concentration on enjoying life to its fullest whether in a personal or professional environment...
