Hi Olga,
I'm an American in Moscow and i'd also like to know where Americans hang out! 
I've lived here for two years and haven't met many Americans, but sometimes i'll meet some if I go to the language exchange at the Hard Rock Cafe near Smolenskaya/Arbatskaya on Sunday nights or if I go to Jim n Jack's on a weekend night. There aren't many of us here, and generally we don't know each other unless we're colleagues.
