Hello everyone
I got a offer from a medical company Abacus pharma, based at Dar es Salaam (Tanzania).
Tell me about the company and the working culture.
Is it a good offer to accept.
Let me tell you I have already worked on compensation part and other perks and benefits. I am okay with that.
Now I just want to gather some information about the company and the management. Should I go ahead with this.
So I need your valuable feedback for the same.

hello. This company has a branch or distribution in my town mwanza. Have seen the vehicle in operation. I guess the head office in dar es salaam. didnt hear any negative news about this company. i suggest you try for 3 months. if you feel the work culture syncs with your expectation you could continue if the company initiate the work permit process.You didnt mention about the post you are being offered.
