I've just come back from my last Physio session before leaving for Malta.
A month ago I had a Subacromial Decompression - which is a common key hole surgery on the shoulder. I still have a way to go to first get movement back and then to strengthen the muscles apparently.
Improvements have been made but my Physio has said I defo need to find a suitably qualified (i.e. specialises in Post-Op treatment) Physio to aid my continued recovery.
Any thoughts on how to go about finding one, please? Or better yet, do you have someone suitable that you could recommend?
