I am a retiree from Singapore. Before coming to HCM City, I was in business, then academia besides having a stint in non-profits management. It would be good to have someone help to tutor me in the local language, especially the oral part. In return, I can offer either English or Mandarin. As I live in PMH , hopefully I do not need to travel far for this to take place. I am usually quite free in the mornings. Thanks.
