Dear All EB members,
I am in desperate need of help i am dealt with a serious dilemma, my company booked me into a hotel hear un till Saturday 11am when i have to check out. I have viewed a property in Al Malaz the building behind my office but apparently i am being advised i can not get the rental agreement contract un till i have my iqama or the alternative is get my company to take the property from the landlord and when i get my iqama to transfer it over to me ? but its the weekend now not sure what to do and can anyoen recommend a cheap decent hotel in AL Malaz and is there anyway for me to secure the property without an iqama ?
