Anyone who is from seder village.I would like to know about its management and facilities provided in seder village. The residents are Arabic, western or mixed. And the prices for 2-3 bedroom villa.

hi,
I lived there for 3 months last year, the residents are mostly westerners, but some Asians as well, the facilities and the general environment, i really liked.
Although i was living in the motel, i had a look at the price list, and the 2 bed villa was around 115K or thereabouts.
