how to buy a car in Nairobi?
Hi! We're moving to Nairobi soon from the US and we know we'll need a vehicle. I don't think we'll have enough $$ in hand to buy a decent car when we arrive. Are car loans a possibility? If so, what are the rates like? Has anyone financed an imported car?

ofcourse, car loans are available if you have maintained an active account with a local bank for 6 months or longer. Most car dealers will work with you if there is reason to trust that you will not default in payment.
