I'm needing a nice 1 bedroom apartment with a pool and gym near Al Mohammadiyyah as that is where my work is.
I have been searching for a while and cannot seem to find anything in that area.
By budget is 75,000 SAR and I'm moving from the UK. I'm ok with compounds or apartment complexes.
Is this district of Riyadh just not populated with apartments? or is there slim pickings at the moment.
