This still hasn't been implemented.

I looked into it and I believe it's only for companies that are physically in the country of for large corporations that allow employees to work from home. It's not for say someone that has their own online business. (That would make it too easy I suspect). I do believe a ton of folks would be moving away from North America if they were allowed to work virtually from CR. It's a hot mess over here!

Amen! I plan and truly hope to move to CR next year! USA is becoming more of a mess than I ever imagined!
