Medicines related question

Good day all,

in terms of local medicines in drug stores, what would you recommend the newbie traveller to PY should bring ?

you can bring whatever you want here in paraguay, always and when it doesnt drugs or extasy marihuana! all the medicines are aviable!

Most medicines I think would be available as we have yet to find anything from the US we can't get in ASU.  Although we normally bring a 30 day supply of prescription meds with us, we have been able to get them re-prescribed by docs in ASU.
