Before you come down to Aruba or if you have someone in the US that can subscribe to Vonage this is the best way to go. When you come to Aruba you then hook the Vonage modem up to the internet, has to be a cable connection, you need it anyway for the internet and TV (if you want to waste your time watching it) then you can call and can be called unlimited in the US. It's great. But will not work to make calls in Aruba... get yourself a cell phone for that. The line quality is excellent and unless you tell the US folks they will never know.
