What are the formalities and paperwork required to bring your pet in Aruba?

How long do formalities & paperwork usually take in Aruba?

What are the relevant authorities to contact?

Which vaccines are compulsory? Do your pets have to go in quarantine at their arrival in Aruba?

Which advice would you give to the ones who would like to move with a dog, a cat or any other pet?

I bring my dog to Aruba all the time from the US. I have a home in Aruba and we are on the Island several times a year. Yes, you do need a vet certificate and proof of rabies vaccine. I get this from my vet the week before I travel. When you arrive in Aruba, you present the info to the customs agents just before you exit the airport. Never have had a problem.
