I see jobs posted regularly on linkedin, and often in English. I was actually looking at Nordea's listings recently, and they have several positions posted on their website.

have you also checked the other big scandinavian bank websites? Maybe dnb has something, for example.

Still, even if some job postings on Linkedin are in English, Norwegian remains an import requirement for jobs in Finance and accounting. The best would be to learn Norwegian, especially since you live here

there are a few international norwegian companies that will hire accounting staff without the requirement of norwegian.  Have you tried looking for them?

Make sure your linkedin is updated.  I do see a lot of job opportunities opening up in Linkedin.
