For Asian food stuffs being sold, try City Center Salmiya or Shuwaikh, Carrefour at The Avenues Mall and Gulf Mart at Salmiya.

You can visit one Thailander shop in Dawliya Commercial Center opposite of Al Muthana or back side of KAC Bldg. Kuwait city you will find a lot of Thai foods and fresh vegetables.
