Tour Operator in Croatia and Serbia

Hello,

I am an MBA student at Stanford and am planning a official student and faculty trip to Serbia and Croatia next March (March 22 - 30, 2015). 30 students and 1 professor we will be spending most of our trip in Belgrade, Zagreb and Dubrovnik but are considering day trips to Novi Sad, ethnovillages and Vukovar.

We are currently looking for a reputable tour operator to help with our planning and logistics and I wanted to see if you have any recommendations for companies that can help with the following services:
-Bus charter in Belgrade/Zagreb/Dubrovnik and between cities (e.g. Belgrade to Zagreb)
-Tour guide to spend time with us during the help and troubleshoot as needed
-Making Hotel, restaurant, tour reservations
-General logistical support

I would greatly appreciate any recommendations you have for companies operating in Croatia (and ideally in both Serbia and Croatia).
