Hi Guys, asking for a friend.
He has accumulated fines in the past that almost reached 200 BD(mostly wrong parking since he works at Manama, where all parking is paid parking).
Is there anyway that he can reduce the fine or pay it in installment? He has to renew his license by next month but due to COVID salary is less for almost a year.

Check with traffic department. Discount is usually possible if you pay on time - not after such a long time period.
