Hello, I'm a new member here. Just recently moved to the Philippines from the Caribbean. I'm looking for a loctician who is good with black hair and expert at maintaining/retwisting locs. My loc type is interlock. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The loctician should be in or near the metro Manila area or better yet, in Camarines Sur.

Hi and welcome to the forum, hope others can offer a starting point as Cam Sur is a flight to Naga from Manila and there abouts or an extremely long drive. What part of Cam Sur have you arrived in?
