i want to know if my residence card membru familie cet Roman is the same think as family member of EU citizen.
me and my wife we want to go to mariage party in Budapest and i dont know if i can travel with her without visa.

Residence card apply only for Romania and the ID card ( for EU family member) can be used for EU free travel, otherwise you need a Schengen visa.

You can travel without visa with your wife. Better travel by road or train. I asked at the border. They accept the cet roman card.
