Hello,
I will be in Puerto Rico in December and I was wondering if anyone can suggest any great places to stop in on my way from BQN airport to Cabo Rojo. I am coming to the island for the 3rd time looking for property in Cabo Rojo and La Parguera specifically, but would love some other not to miss places to stop in while I am on the island. Restaurants not to miss, sights to see.

Well while your in aguadilla you can go to the ruins and crashboat beach. Rincon on Thursday evenings has an artwalk and sunday am farmers market. Many people like rincon because it has lota if gringos. For me its to much gringos. Rincon has a small waterfall. Many people go visit dones beach.
You can stop at this christmas shop on rt 64 in mayaguez. In cabo rojo you have several beaches, boqueron, combate and buye.
Also go playa sucia. Lighthiuse and amazing views, salt flats and beach
If you are going further south Gillians island
In lajas i would skip the bio tour. They are better in Florida

Whenever I fly into bqn and drive to cabo rojo it is 3 am and nothing is open.

I am sorry, what do you want to be open at 3am? Walgreens in aguada is open. McDonald's in aguadilla is open. I think dennys is opened well in aguadilla and mayaguez.
