Any one who can enlighten me.
I need to get a bank loan or a mortgage to finance a house in KL .
I am a mm2h holder who has income mainly from My home country and not in Malaysia.( main source of income is from interest from Fixed deposits)
Will the bank accept this source of income?
Please advise me as to how I can get a mortgage for a house purchase.
