Not until of recently that I thought filtered shower heads would be the most cost-effective choice. But as it turns out, they are more likely to be a waste of money compared to a pair of a dedicated shower filter and a separate shower head. Don't take my words. Do some research yourself. Forums like houzz.com, or home improvement websites like doityourself or healthykitchen101.
