Property prices in Valencia

Hi,

I was wondering what is happening to the property prices in Valencia at the moment due to the economic problems Spain is having.

I am really only interested in the city of Valencia and would be looking in the 100€ area. I know that before the crisis, that would have gotten me nothing much maybe 20sqMeters in a bad area in a bad condition. Have the prices come down a lot?

Prices has gone down a lot! In my opinion, cheap things are not going to go down anymore.

I have seen properties in valencia city from 50,000 euros or even from 30,000 to be rebuilt.

If you are looking for an expensive house, owners are quite keen to listen offers are some of them need to sell.

If you want a very decent flat you can find good deals between 100.000€-200.000€. or 200.000€-350.000€ in a better area.

Prices have gone down up to 70% less than a few years ago.
