Dears,

I came to Kuwait very recent, now I have my residency stamped in my passport, I would like to go to Saudi in the week end, should I need a visa to Saudi or I can enter Saudi with the Kuwait visa?

Many thanks for the advice, to issue a visa to Saudi should I go direct to Saudi embassy applying for the visa? If any body knows the procedure please advice.

Depends what kind of visa you want. Transit visas are not handled by embassy, rather by agency in Hawally. Browse the forums, I have written about it in the thread about day tripping to Saudi.
