This is my situation, me and my wife both here in kuwait for almost 20 years, ans last 2018 we decided to get married in the philippines, since we can't find any suitable schedule to performed if we get married here in kuwait,
I just want to know what are the new requirements needed on transferring my wife visa under my visa sponsorship?
And article 22 visa for family is open now? Since we are both here inside kuwait?

If you are employed, it is best to ask your mandoub. if you are both article 18, it should be easy. but know that moving her to your residency, afterwards it may be difficult for her to move back onto a company (article 18). the laws are constantly changing. Best to get an update from your company.
