Good place to live near Menara citi bank

Budget 650 - 1000 Ringgit (including service charges)
looking for neat and safe area with availability of super markets.

I wont be having a vehicle hence will depend on public transportation.
I would need single room with A/C attached bathroom, walkable distance to LRT or bus station,

I will have a look at "Desa Pandan area"

www.ibilik.my or www.mudah.com.my - search on KLCC or Capsquare or Brickfields. Nothing much north of Ampang Park (Menara Citibank) that is convenient.
