Greetings all. Does anyone know the definitive for land ownershp in Cambodia if your a non national? Ive heard all kinds of stories. Best one so far is you cant own the first floor but anything above the first floor you can own. Lawrance

You can't own the land. ... that's why you can't buy a house. .. but you can buy an apartment at floor 2 or 3 or 4 because it's considered not being on the land. Some are using kind of tricks own lands. . To complicated for me to understand or trust. ... lol
