Good Afternoon
Just a brief update for 2015.
Ann and I have been in Ams since November 2013 and absolutely love the place.
However not a cheap place to live if you want to live well and it also depends on the assistance that you get from your company. Initially lived in company provided accommodation for 3 months but then moved to a nice 4 bed house in BL 1081.
Travel weekly to Russia for my job which is easy as Schipol is 25 mins away on the train from Amstedam Zuid.
Motorway is 5 mins away which is easy for getting to the UK wether via Channel Tunnel or Hook Of Holland.
Mainland Europe is easy to reach with skiing in Germany at Willigen being only 4 hours away by road. LEAVE OFFICE AT 2 - ARRIVE AT 6 AND SKIING BY 7!!!!
expenses are high in Amsterdam and I have filled in one of the expense forms that has been posted on here for guidance.
