His secret concentrated soup recipe can be made into different kind of soup.For example for the steamboat basesoup , fish head steamboat ,fish soup and any other soup related.

Retail F&B business in Singapore has very low margins or potential for profit, as can be seen by the high close-down rate of restaurants and hawker stalls here. Unless you produce instant food items or go into im-/export, I'd not recommend investment in the industry!
