I want to bring my cousin here on visit visa and then may be find a job and transfer to work visa. But my cousin has hep b. So will it be possible?

1- Visit visa cannot be transferred to work visa. Has to leave and come back if he finds a job and the employer is willing to issue sponsorship.
2- What I know is that they screen for hep. C but I'm not sure whether they deny visa for hep. B carriers. In all cases if your cousin is still carrying hep. B virus it's better he stay there till he completely finishes treatment. It's only a matter of 2 months or so. You (both of you) have a moral responsibility to keep the condition contained and not spread it to others.
