They are expensive, but they are amazing, kind, well-equipped, and thorough, which is more than I can say about the quacks I had to see with my University "insurance". I'd rather die of whatever ails me than go back to state doctors. First Med is amazing.
If you have on-going issues or want an insurance-type plan, you can sign up for a year subscription and go twice a month, and for yearly general exams. They are really, really good.
