Hello
For education of your kid is not a problem and depending upon your place of residence and budget you can get good play school.
We have here Indian Association, temples and we celebrate all Hindu festivals like Dusshera, Diwali, Navratri, Holi etc.
Weather is normally 28-32degree. Indian restaurents are there and all indian vegetable one can get.
