Dear All,
I have to move to accra,ghana for a 3 months short term official tour. I am a vegetarian and would like to know what food options are available in accra for me.

Lots of beans! You can eat red red which is fried plantain and beans and very tasty. I don't know whether you eat fish but that is also available.
The only problem you might face is that things tend to be cooked together so even though you might ask for fish and light soup, the soup will have been cooked with meat.
Cooking for yourself will be no problem as there are plenty of vegetarian options.
