Malayali in libya

Hello, I am a malayali doctor, planning to libya, as I got through an interview for moh that was conducted here by deligates from moh libya.would like to know the conditions of living in libya with family.is it safe to work over there and also to shift with family, to the moh hospital that will be alloted by them?
