Hello, has anyone had any experience starting a company in PNG while still being in Aus? Eventually if the business is doing well we would like to move there with my GFs family ( she is from Rabaul originally ). Any information on forms, or even a good accountant or business planner would be a great help.

To make it simple... I'm trying to Buy a new Van for my gf's uncle to drive as a PMV, the PMV he is currently driving is in a bad way and the owner doesnt want to fix it.
