There are two main car souqs in Riyadh. One in Al Batha and one in Ar Remal.

They are an experience in itself, best to go with a local that has your interest at heart or you will pay a super-inflated price.

Anything from anybody would need to be checked at a 3rd party inspection centre, most cars have a hidden history.
