Rental Contract Issues

Anyone know anything related to rental contract matters as for renewal notice.  I have been renting a commercial office space for two years and planned to renew my yearly contract.  When I notified my landlord/management office of my intent to rent for another year, I was notified that they would not renew my contract.  I was given less than 30 days notice of this fact.  In the contract it clearly says that IF I do not plan to renew I must give the management 90 days notice of non-renewal.  They gave me less than 30 days formal or verbal notice.

In most contracts around the world there must be equality to the obligatory duties on both parties such as what I am describing for the notice of non-renewal.

Anyone have anything to offer on this subject?

If it doesn't state it, you have almost no chance of doing anything about it.
