1st time visa got cancelled by the labors..

Dear All,
I have a question to ask about the visa processing.
We are Manpower supply agency from Vietnam and providing labors to UAE.
We received the visas for the labors, but now 2 want to cancel the visa and not going anymore.

From the employer's end, how much they will loose for the visa processing and will these cancel cases affect to the ability of visa quota application in the future?

The total cost which your employer has to pay for your visa processing is as follows

Work permit : AED 2000
Service charge : AED 6 (Per lot)
Visa submission: AED 207
Total Cost: AED 2213 (Maximum)

In this, the service charge is calculated for a lot and not per application. Which means if there are 10 applications in a lot, the amount will be 20000 + 6 =20006 and if they are submitting it as a single application, it will be 2000 + 6 = 2006.
