Hello! I was able to find only one university in Finland, where you can study that programme 
At Tampere University you can study Bachelor's Programme in English Language, Literature and Translation. The web site for more infomation https://www10.uta.fi/opas/tutkintoOhjel … p;lvv=2015
I can't understand what's the reason for that most of the universities in Finland have English philology instead of literature in their programme. Hope this one helps you anyway
