An agent recruiting HSE officers/Supervisors for a company

Hi everyone, please I do need advice. Am a Nebosh certified HSE advisor about relocating alone professionally from Lagos to Abu Dhabi. While waiting for a job offer from applications forwarded so far,friends in Abu Dhabi just informed me of an agent recruiting for a company and urge I use the opportunity to be in Abu Dhabi first of all than keep waiting in Lagos for a direct company call-up. The offer monthly is AED3000 with my flight,work permit,visa,and accommodation taken care of. I've been told also one can move on later to better companies and offers. My questions are: {a} Can a single guy make do with that for a start till a better offer comes along? {b} With regards to UAE labour laws,what are my changes of switching over should I get a call for a job offering AED15000 for instance? Thanks.
