The best kyrgyz cuisine and the best place of Bishkek is the Supara restaurant and ethnocomplex on the South side of the capital Bishkek. On the top of the Alamedin street.

My favourite meal in kyrgyzstan is Bech barmak, local food with beaf or lamb meat with hand made pasta.
The name means five fingers in kyrgyz language.... by the way if you have to follow the tradition, you have to eat this meal with your fingers.
