Are you currently residing in the Philippines or Germany?
Where and when did you apply for a visa (for Germany, Thailand, or for another country)?

Im in the philippines my papers are for validation in the mean time. We are just planning to have urlaub in thailand.

you have to go get your teentry permit from yoour immigration office, about 1900 baht

but is possible to go outside the country

If in my example US on a type O visa I would lose it. I would need a exit visa! Good luck!
