Go to any of the Gulf Approved Medical Centres Association (GAMCA) clinics, produce your Oman offer letter and get your medicals done. As long as the clinic is an authorised GAMCA one your medicals will be valid.

Like I have mentioned before, yes, you can do your medicals in the UAE.
