Hi What in your opinion is the best bank for an ex pat who, hum hum, is also looking for a low interest rate loan to clear off an exorbitantly high rip off loan in France? Poorly yours and swimming...

I sugges to check international banks established int he kingdom like
Saudi Hollandi (ABN AMRO)
Saudi British Bank (HSBC)
SAMBA (Citibank) - Biggest of them
Saudi Fransi (Credit Suisse)
But unfortunately due to pressure on saudization many of these banks have to get locals who doesnt know english. However, still I beleive you can find atleast one person to help you out.

I beleive these banks have personal finance available but not 100% sure as I never applied.

Btw, I am a profesional banker in KSA.

Good day to all,
I just like to know if possible to go to a new company even if I have existing loan in Samba bank. As of now, im working here in jeddah and one company offering a job with good compensation in al khobar. I cannot pay in full the remaining balance of my loan. Can i continue paying the loan under new sponsorship?
