Well you need to find a job in Sweden first and then you (and your employer) can you apply to the Swedish Embassy for a visa. It´s the way it works.

i am brazilain in not same case i also need a visa i heard that to have a visa you need to have one salary of at least 13,000 SEK pre tax in the job proposal you are receiving is that right?
