Fountains

Hey Sharon

Does anyone know if the fountains in Kuwait City are still working? that is LOOONG gone how long have u been out of Kuwait, as for social gathering you kinda have to make you own group of friends, or ask a friend who has to introduce you , not much of public social stuff here as far as i know

From what I gather there are no major fountains in Kuwait City operational anymore but then I do not live in Kuwait City, just visits.  Al Kout Mall in Fahaheel is the only one I know working and possibly worth a visit.

As for Expat groups most my friends use Meetup Kuwiat (http://www.meetup.com/ExpatsinKuwait/)  and Internations (http://www.internations.org/kuwait-expats). I have been to Paintballing with Internations, its okay. Another website that list events are 248am.com which give an idea of what's on. 

On this board you will occasional find events being mentioned. Just tag along. There are normally others who do the same. Kuwait is relatively small, 35 minutes gets you to most places.
